Haz Mat for Hospitals Operations Level -- Decon, Documentation & Disposal

Description:
Objectives:
  • Explain decontamination procedures for victims, personnel, and equipment.
  • Discuss application of relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Explain procedures to use at the termination of a HazMat incident at the
  • hospital.
    This module brings it all together. Following a series of PowerPoint slides where the types and objectives of response/receiver activities are covered, the class practices being responders/receivers and victims. When possible we run water and get wet. At the end of the module is a review of the entire course.
