Driver/Operator Training Package

This course is for personnel that will have the primary responsiblity of driving and pumping apparatus. The student will gain knowlege in driving apparatus and hazards to expect. The students learn from not only classroom knowledge, but will drive apparatus through a driving course. The students will learn basic pump theory, pumping simple and complex hoselays, relay pumping, pumping from draft & pumping from a pressure source. All material will be reinforced with hands on training, providing the student will skills to operate at small or large incidents. The student will gain a great confidence from this course in pump operations.
